Baltimore cooking classes

Using our mobile kitchen design, we are able to design and run cooking classes, nearly anywhere throughout Baltimore, nearby Towson, and other places throughout Maryland.

We can set up cooking classes in most venues, including outdoor spaces, and can accommodate groups of more than 200.

Cooking classes offer a number of options, where guests can create one or more courses, and can enjoy beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) during the event.

Cooking class categories

for fun

This is a way for co-workers, friends, or family to get together and to take an informative, collaborative cooking class. Groups will work together to create a dish or series of dishes.

cooking 101

in this cooking class, guests will learn some of the basics of cooking itself - giving groups a solid cooking foundation in a short period of time.

Competition

In the cooking class competition, groups are split into teams, where they must work together in order to create one or several dishes to later enjoy as a meal. Groups receive prizes afterwards.

cultural exploration

Teams dig into a chosen cuisine ethnicity in order to understand more about it and how to create some of the signature dishes

Technical

For more advanced groups, one of our highly trained chefs teaches your group how to create and plate several dishes based on a cuisine of your choice.
